Round 5 was an record breaker with a fantastic 75 drivers racing on sunday.Amongst the names at this meeting were 8 times national champion Mr David Crompton and we were proud to have Mr Karl Jackson onsite having a "play" at our facility.

The meeting saw Karl Jackson take TQ for the day with Mr "Crusty" Taking TQ for Monsters and Ian Harris being the only Truggies Having a win without even racing in the final...

Simon Willetts came from the bottom of the F final to finish 9th In the B final.... Anthony "the flyin Flinn" finished in 1st Place in the "B" final and then pulled a shocking 35.69 Lap in the A final to Finish a Fantastic 2nd place in The A final Behind the ever inproving CML Driver Mr John Howells Who Won the A final in one of the best A finals the club Has seen.

Both Karl and David developed Car problems and finished in the Middle range of the A Final.....Young Elliot Taylor Stole the show By Having His First A final (any other week would have certainly got driver of the day) and finishing in a very respectable 8th Place from 15TH on the grid. But due to some super driving, and very bad luck, driver of the day went to the (very) young Alex Thurston with Marshal of the day going to Tim Ramsden.

The meeting ended at 4pm and was the best the club has seen to date many many thanx
