Round 6 saw 47 drivers and the club lap and TQ record for 1/8th Rally x smashed with the FIRST ever 9 Lap TQ in 9/334.00 and a new lap record of 35.89 By Mr Lee Bunker..Also the first driver to TQ and win a meeting with His sponsored Losi 8ight Hopefully we will get some setup sheets from lee and pass on his Tips to other drivers.....The meeting started with drivers briefing at 9 followed by 4 rounds of qualifying and 20 minute final across the board...D Final was won by young Elliot Newman who had problems all day followed by Roger Pearson and Paul Gill in 2nd and 3rd....C Final was won by Stuart Meacham with a 27 laps in 1222.59 followed by 2nd place Darren Ahern and in 3rd was Mr David Millford...B Final saw Tony Eley Come in first with 29 laps in 1215.65 with Mr Alex Mortimer coming in second and Young Elliot Taylor Came in 3rd to go up and make his second "A" final with the big boys !!....A Final was probably the best to date with some brilliant driving skills,everyone cleared the starting grid without a mishap and the driving standards were second to none Lee Bunker Won the A final with a 31 laps in 1203.44 and lap 28 saw the near record breaking 35.94 Proving the lap time in the qualifying was not a fluke second place went to Mr John Murphy and 3rd went to Club Driver Andrew Nicolas the meeting ended at 3.40pm and was a nice meeting
